Return and refund policy

This return policy only applies to products purchased through our official channels that come in a poor state, being understood by this: chocolate melted in its entirety, is visibly damaged, with alterations in the original packaging, or any condition affecting safe use and enjoyment.
Does not apply to changes to the taste, personal preference or failure to perform the order by the customer.
PROCESS TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT:
